*** 1 Review for St. Johns Eye Associates
Bad 05/27/2009  Jaclyn Thorne    Orlando, Florida
The service I received at St. Johns Eye Associates was unacceptable. I attempt to order a pair of glasses on July 9th 2007. I assumed that I would receive these glasses within a month. Due to St. Johns having provided me with lenses that had markings on them on two separate occasions I did not receive the glasses until late September! When I was having the glasses fitted the associate repeatedly told me that my ears were crooked and this was the reason she was having trouble adjusting the glasses. I was under the impression that this was the reason that the glasses were being adjusted at all. In under a year and a half the same lenses that it took me 4 months to receive had developed imperfections in the lenses that made them almost impossible to see out of. After waiting so long to get the glasses with no refund or discount I did not expect to have the glasses become useless so quickly. I contacted SJEA and they informed me that the lab was responsible for this and there was nothing that they could do. Altogether it was an extremely unpleasant experience. Do not go here!
